Roy Cogdell

Roy Cogdell is the Director of Education & Community Outreach. His expertise is finding co-dreamers in the vision of the neighborhood and helping bring those dreams into fruition. He leads a coalition of education providers to support student success for Grove Park youth. Over the last 5 years, Roy has led volunteer programs at Grove Park Foundation, Open Hand Atlanta, Hosea Feed the Hungry and Meals on Wheels Atlanta.  He is a native of Connecticut who fell in love with the city of Atlanta while attending Morehouse College. He and his wife, Magda, have two children.
