Lydia Thacker

Lydia Thacker is an Education Consultant with expertise in leadership, diversity, and youth development. As president of Agosto Associates, she provides executive coaching and professional development. She previously served as Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer for the Metro Atlanta YMCA, leading strategic initiatives on equity and education. Lydia also supports the Grove Park Foundation in strengthening the community’s education pipeline. A former teacher and nonprofit leader, she serves on multiple boards and remains dedicated to advancing equity and opportunity. She lives in McDonough, Georgia, with her husband, Jerry, and their son, Harrison.
