Karim Nelson

Karim Nelson is the Construction & Rehabilitation Manager at Grove Park Foundation, dedicated to creating sustainable and affordable housing solutions. With a background in real estate, he has worked in multifamily housing, corporate real estate, and renovation projects in Atlanta, New York, and Washington, D.C. After transitioning into nonprofit work, Karim spent five years at Lifecycle Building Center before joining Georgia Stand Up to focus on voter rights and workforce development. His goal is to use his expertise to support equitable and energy-efficient housing for the Grove Park community.
