Chandra Haslem is a dedicated leader in financial services, affordable housing, and economic development, bringing extensive experience in strategy, risk management, and community investment. As Senior Vice President, Corporate Social Responsibility, she currently oversees adherence to the Enterprise Fair Lending policy, ensuring that key business lines—including human resources, first mortgage, home equity lending, and mortgage vehicle operations—have effective strategies in place to mitigate risk and support the communities they serve.
In 2020, Chandra was appointed as the Atlanta Bank of America Leader on Loan to serve as the Chief Operating Officer of the Grove Park Foundation. In this role, she guided a team in developing an innovative affordable housing and economic mobility strategy, with a strong focus on expanding homeownership opportunities.
In addition to her corporate leadership, Chandra is a passionate advocate for community development by serving on the board, supporting efforts to develop and finance affordable housing at scale while promoting racial equity and healthy communities. She also plays a key role in corporate partnership initiatives in Atlanta.
Chandra is a graduate of Georgia State University and holds an MBA from Troy University. She lives in Atlanta, GA, with her husband, Todd, and their children, Todd II and Elizabeth.
